It comes with the same four polarized polyamide lenses, but with a specially designed frame, it accepts our high quality semi-rimless prescription insert! Just think, polarized prescription sunglasses complete with 4 of the highest quality interchangeable polarized lens colors to match any condition on the water. All at a price that is likely less than a single pair of direct prescription polarized sunglasses!
Your prescription lenses are included and this is how the process proceeds:
When you order the ICE ELITE PLUS Rx, it includes the Rx insert AND your prescription lenses! Your prescription will be made at H3O's state-of-the-art lab with the highest quality digital, free-form polycarbonate lenses in single vision or progressive no-line bifocals. If you prefer a flat top bifocal, this option is also be available.
How will I know if they fit?
To make sure your new ICE Rx fits properly, we will send your complete package, with all four polarized polyamide lens colors. There will be a blank clear lens in the insert frame so you can check the fit before we start cutting your custom prescription lenses.
Measurements and prescription
If the fit checks out, follow the included instructions to do the needed measurements for your prescription type. Fill in that information, along with your prescription, on the included form. The Polar-ClearTM lenses will be in the main frame to make measuring easier.
Following the instructions and using the supplied ruler, measure your separate right and left pupil distance.
A segment height measurement will also be needed for no-line progressive lenses.
What's next?
Make sure all of the prescription, measurements and mailing information is fill in on the prescription form. Email the prescription form to us at [email protected]. We will coordinate the form with your order and get it to our lab.
Our lab will do their magic and in about a week, we'll ship your prescription lenses (in the insert frame) to you. Mount it in your frame and you're off and running!
Did you see us at an in-person event?
If you saw us at one of our in-person events, and have already tried them on with the Rx insert and, we did the needed measurement at the event then gave them to you, please make a note of that when you check out. Follow up the order with an email to [email protected] including a photo of your prescription and those measurements.
This will save the time of sending everything to you to get those measurements. We will send your complete package (included the prescription and insert) as soon as the prescription lenses are done.
